Material: Machined from domestic 6061 T6 extruded aluminum. Finish: Matte black. Mounting hardware: Hex head screws and wrench provided. Center spread: 3.259". Overall length: 6.276". Our Winchester 70 mounts are suitable for short action, long action, WSM or WSSM mounts. The Winchester Coyote edition chambered in .243 will require our WSM mount. The middle spread refers to the distance between the two middle holes, center to center, on your receiver. The middle spreads on our Winchester 70 mounts are as follows: - Winchester 70 Short Action: 3.259" - Winchester 70 Long Action: 3.805" - Winchester 70 WSM: 3.514" - Winchester 70 WSSM: 3.225" These mounts are available in 0 or 20 MOA. Picatinny cross slots run the full length of the rail, providing flexibility for mounting scope rings and other accessories. The center channel reduces the mass of the mount, averaging 2-3oz in weight. In many cases, it will not obstruct the usage of factory iron sights.
